With 100% certainty, he does. Just like you do and just like I do.

I know that's hard for you to believe since he's (a) a Dem and (b) black, but to question his allegiance to our country is indefensible.

try pbs.

it'll be a natural for someone like you. the corporate sponsorship is jammed in at the beginning and end instead of throughout.

and it's only 2 minutes every hour instead of 18 and growing at those shows you never watch.

the jerry springer reference was classic.

jerry springer is to glenn beck as glenn back is to jerry springer.

I like what Glenn Beck has to say - without the drama. Geez, he drives me crazy with that and continually bringing God and religion into his shows.

Neal Boortz and El Rushbo do it for me. Maybe they're in it for the money, but at least I'm buying into something with which I agree.

Glad I'm in the twilight of my years because the younger generation who support BO don't have a clue as to what they're in for when they get to the senior citizen stage.

Two words that would put this country on the road to economic recovery - FAIR TAX.

I could care less what race he is and political party he is with. Whoever is President I just want them to do a good job and not ruin this country. I have never brought up the race card like you are.

O'Dumbass doesnt have a clue about what to do about this country's economy. Just like he doesn't have a clue about what the American public wants. The American public didn't want the Health care reform, yet he rams through Congress against the American public's wishes. Funny how Stupak is retiring. Guess he doesn't want to suffer through an embarrassment of losing an election.

Not sure if Obama has the country's best interest at heart. I'm sure he thinks he does, but "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." We don't have to worry about terrorists. At the rate Obama has us going, we're going to implode from within. Now we have to face the prospect of the VAT. Won't that just be hunky dory?!~ Just turn over your paychecks to Obama. He'll take care of everything.

The man just flat out scares me. Can't wait to see him voted out of office. I never thought I'd see the day when we could come up with a worse President than Jimmy Carter.

I will 2nd your statement. At least some one else here has a clue.

Burtz, Rush and Beck ... gag. I haven't been able to listen to Rush for at least 10 years. I can't take his overt racism and hate, and the outright lies.

Beck has pretty much been outed as the "tele-evangelist"-type fear-mongering playa he is. "Buy gold and hoard it!" LOL! He knows how to make a buck off scaring his listeners.

He's Mormon, btw.

That doesn't seem the reality to me. Obama ran on health reform, he won by the biggest Democratic electoral majority in 40-50 years.

The public clearly DOES want health reform, and according to the polls, the public wanted more than we got, such as a public option.

All we got so far, really, are finally some decent consumer protections. We didn't even get as much as Nixon and Reagan proposed for health reform. We really didn't get much "health reform" at all.

Hopefully that continues in the future, however.

It's really unfortunate how much the words "racist" and "racism" are bandied about. They have lost their meaning since the stridently liberal, left wing media has gotten hold of the words and accuses everyone of being a racist who doesn't fall into lockstep with the liberal left. The overuse of the words has rubbed off on the members of the left and Obama supporters who still don't have a clue as to how dangerous this man is to America. Sliding slightly off topic here - he sure is giving the shaft to one of our staunchest allies - Israel. Maybe he thinks the terrorist nations will like us better. HAH!

Back on the subject of racism. I'd like to give a little lesson in simple English definitions. Calling someone a racist is as bad as calling a black person the "N" word. The word "racism" has to be put into its proper perspective. Members of the KKK, The Aryan Nation, and other such "hate" groups are racists - not the Tea Party members, Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, conservatives, or anyone who has the temerity to criticize PREZBO.

Racism is a belief that one race is superior to all others.
I hate black people. I wish they would all die.
That's racism.

A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices.
Black people like watermelon and fried chicken.
That's bigotry

Prejudice is an opinion without any means of support.
All black people hurt the economy.
That's prejudice

Discrimination is treatment or consideration based on class or category rather than individual merit.
I'd never hire a black person
That's discrimination

So, let's give the words "racism" and "racist" a rest and think long and hard about who you wish to accuse of being one or practicing it.

Further, I haven't heard anytime or read anywhere where Limbaugh, Boortz, Hannity, or Beck can be accused of bigotry, prejudice, or discrimination - much less racism.

Sorry for the soapbox, but my blood boils when I hear people who don't deserve the indignity being accused of racism or being called a racist. It's ignorance and/or stupidity in its highest form.

Such ignorant and assinine comments really don't derserve a response! If you think they're are not racist members of the tea party movement, then you've just taken ignorance to an entirely new level! When idiots like Hannity for example get up in fron of a tea party crowd, and call that same crowd quote "all these Tim McVeigh wanna be's" and the crowd cheers, we have some twisted people within this movement! Some of which are capable of violence, and that is disturbing as hell!

Yet - you responded. :) I'm much too well adjusted to take your insults to heart. What flavor KOOL-AID do you drink with your Corn Dogs?!~

Coach Pants 04-11-2010 07:11 PM

Black people can't swim

White people can't dance

Asians have small dicks.

And there's no racists in Dem party??:D They been screwing the black people for about 50-60 yrs. One speech doesn't a tea party make. When people reach a level of exasperation, why would you not think there would be a response to the way the country is headed?

Wow.

Just wow.

Someone who says something like that should not be given even one ounce of credibility when talking about race or racism. And I'd assume calling someone homophobic is the same as calling a gay person a fag, right?

I fail to see the analogy. I posted definitions of four words. Dispute them, but spare me your opinion that I lack credibility. That's become a boring comeback by a lot of libs who can't think up a "credible" retort.

Just to be sure,Brian....Do you speak from and for the gay perspective? Should everything a person says be run through the various "filters"?
