Substitute any other weapon you'd like... how about another toxic gas subway attack like they had in Japan a few years ago?

I'll interpret your answer, until you come up with another one, that you choose to "Hope" it doesn't happen, because you'll have to "Change" your point of view.

your defense of torture wound up being something you watched on a prime time drama as opposed to, i don't know, a fact?

i wondered how you can read something like what you originally posted and not lol at how fevered and over the top it was. now i know.

does everyone on the right live in an alternate universe these days? conservoworld where nuclear armed terrorists conspire with liberal dupes and the msm to bring down the country they all hate? meanwhile a secret muslim non-citizen president destroys capitalism and freedom...

New York is dying? Really? I was up there a couple of weekends ago. Seemed pretty alive to me.

Please tell me what you mean when you say that New York City is "dying".

This should be interesting.

I nominate the latter for least self-aware post of 2010.

It's about 15 lengths in front at the quarter pole...even though we're only in March.

conservatives are fun. everything is put in the most extreme language possible and no sense of proportion is tolerated.

i think we could actually see their heads explode in anger soon. wheee!

Hate to burst your bubble but every administration has endorsed kidnapping and torture. We have on occasion in our history knocked off the leaders of other countries as well. I would love to hear just one of the lefties say that while they back the bill or healthcare reform in general they are troubled by the tactics that are being used. Just one...

Your worst nightmare is that the sleeping dragon has woken up to how empty and counterproductive to progress liberalism really is.

Not taking sides or anything but just want to point out NYC hasn't had a dem mayor in 16 years.

fair enough. you aren't posting ridiculous links suggesting it's an impeachable offense.

it would be better if there were an up and down vote. which there still might be.

but i can't honestly say i'll be "troubled" if there isn't. i don't want to burst your bubble but democrats didn't invent hardball.

impeachment is a waste of time.

What is happening in Washington with this bill isnt hardball. It is a knuckleball in the dirt.

Come on.....you're better than that. If this comment came from some of the other conservatives on here (who spout bigotry on a regular basis) I would just let it go without comment, but I have to believe that you aren't quite one of them.
Are you really saying it should be the standard operating procedure of this country to systematically treat people of one faith differently from people of all other faiths?

The case of jihad jane should tell you that you can't judge a book by its cover. This is why everyone should have to go thru full body scanners so that no one is missed and everyone is checked.

Coach Pants 03-20-2010 10:46 AM

I think they should profile liberal white apologists and give them deep anal cavity searches. Maybe they'll stfu after the pain subsides.

California is run by a Republican governor, and seeing as how I live in California, it's falling apart in almost every way.

Most notably, the university system in California has gone into shambles because of Arnold.

His insane policies of giving furlough days to state workers wasn't exactly bright either. I hate this governor and look forward to the day a Democrat leads this state again.
