great place - so is Whistler -pity i only visited it in the Summer.

I love the Winter Olympics more than Summer games. I think Ski Jumping is one of the best sports to watch, it is simply sensational. Hoping Janne Ahonen wins it. Will also be glued to the Curling, Skeleton Luge, Bobsleigh, pretty much all the skiing events etc etc..

We did have Eric the Eel in the swimming a few years back though :)

Biathlon 10k sprint USA with a chance at a medal.

9th and 45th place finishes. 9th is the best finish ever. USA has never won any kind of medal in biathlon.

Biathlon is a ridiculously tough event..

I see the USA are having a very eh competitive game in Women's Ice Hockey against China :)

nordic combine, first ever medal of any color for the USA, 2nd, 4th, 6th.

That was an exciting race. Kind of fun when guys get head starts (based on their ski jump) and others have to run them down from behind.
