Real close. Looked like the 5 had Annie measured throughout and faded in the last 50 yards by a neck.Gomez was life and death to get by those two late.

Fully 36% of the entrants dropped out the first day! Of 2392 initially, there are 1529 left.

With about half the prize money of the latest SA Showvivor, this one drew a little under half the entrants.

I wasn't commenting so much on his ranking but just that it was DT's very own Viscount26. I don't think he commented in this thread so I was surprised to see his name on the list. I can't believe he actually picked a winner....:eek:

This might come as a shock to all of you, but I am out. I also hit 3/4 on that early pick 4 with real cash and I singled my contest pick, so It hurt pretty bad. I cought 3 pretty decent prices, including over 5-1 in a 4 horse field and a 9-1 shot.
