I didn't say anything about whether a score was or was not made. I was only saying that they would not have to settle for 50-1 offshore, as you suggested they would. That's why I only quoted that part of your post.

again as we discussed in PM , that's is only partialy true , it depends on which one they use - some give full some cap

I wouldn't be surprised if they made the score in the pick 4. Look at these payouts:

race 7-9 $2 pick 3: $7,726 (pool size $23k, parlay value $4,100)
race 8-10 $2 pick 3: $1,069 (pool size $43k, parlay value $791)
race 7-10 $2 pick 4: $21,204 (pool size $105k, parlay value $78,000)

there were approximately $8 in winning tickets on the pick 4 when in reality it should have been a pool sweeper for someone or even a 3 of 4 payout.
