At one point he was a couple cells down from Colin Fergusen the LI RR killer. He complained to his lawyer and they moved him to the gay cell block(not an upgrade at all). NY is zero tolerance when it comes to Coke. He's f*cked.

Send him on down here......he could be shoulder to shoulder in the gate with some of the finest..PVal, Kirk Leblanc, and last but certainly not least the electrician Billy Patin.

exactly, in new york if its separate packages, its intent to distribute. of course he was using too. 9 out of ten people that sell are hooked, thats why they are selling !

He'll be doing time if the prosecutors present evidence of his riding.

I have a believe it was your friends 3rd or 4th run in with the law and drugs. Correct?

I heard that he was stopped at 8 AM on Sunday morning for a seat belt violation. Sounds like the police may have been tipped.

hoovesupsideyourhead 08-18-2009 09:13 PM

or he was just stupid and had it out..doing a blast before work..

chucklestheclown 08-18-2009 09:14 PM

Yes, I heard from talking to someone in town earlier today (didn't read the TU story). In these circumstances, there's a big difference between 2 AM and 8 AM.

unfortunately i have. i used to be young and stupid. if hes selling ,hes most likely using. almost every small time coke dealer is a junky. if hes not at the track by 8 am. he was probably up all night snorting. if youv'e ever done it, you know exactly how the game goes with that crap. people don't make much money off a losy 12 grams.

Incorrect, first time serious offender. Zero Tollerence law in NY, automatic 1-3 for possession with intent.

I find this very hard to phathom.. Plus 9 out of 10 times the DA will plee this down at least one or two levels. Now if the person(not your buddy) was a armed robber or 3 time loser things change significantly.. 3 years for 500 bucks of coke, first time offender?

No pleading down, ZERO TOLLERANCE and it was $80 worth of **** on the street, packaged separately so it was intent to distribute along with possesion.

Coke is automatic jail time in NY, of course if your father is a State Trooper or the d.a.r.e. officer in town for 20years, you get your name in the paper one time and it is never heard about again.

chucklestheclown 08-19-2009 01:05 PM
