It's not so much the late scratches I was talking about. Why not post the early scratches the night before, like SoCal tracks do?

Late scratches are something impossible to post early, but hey, what's the harm in posting the early changes earlier?

It's semantics, at least in this case, as there are only one set of scratches in NY. Some call them early, some late, but there is only one set.
