Yes, I would guess so (afraid of drawing a wide post), and not really... they decided to make it a mile and an eighth track when them renovation occurred, they have to live with it. Aqueduct, Arlington, Hialeah, and Hollywood are all 9F tracks as well so it isn't a new idea.

try saving all the pdf's in a folder, and zipping that folder then uploading, might work?

Surely, someone who watches as many races as you do has some sense of how HUGE Dunkirk's run was that day given the setup (and the way the track was playing).

And, you don't really take anything Haskins writes seriously, do you?

DrugS is the horsey board Ballantyne (or better yet, 'Drug' Henning...) A magician. What's being said isn't as important as the nifty screen captures, photoshop puffery and snappy PP windows. Everyone is left drooling and starry-eyed by his deft sleight-of-hand.

And easy on my man Haskin...

If his turn move would have been as explosive as advertised a complete one paced dog biscuit he had the jump on like SC would not have been able to stay as close to him as he was through it.

You just don't like UBS.

What are you talking about by sleight of hand?

The screen captures and stuff only make it easier for some to understand what an incredibly stupid comment was made that I was quoting.

He thinks using big words is a much more effective way to make your point.

(I'm only kidding Steve! :p )

Is this really true? Did SC actually run through the turn with Dunkirk? Or did SC really suck up in the 2 path while Dunkirk was actually bidding into the pace 5 wide? Was there ever a point in the race where SC actually was a threat to Dunkirk?

Dunkirk did all the turn running, against it, while SC picked up the pieces of an otherwise collapsing race. That he couldn't get by the bothered and not very good Theregoesjojo says just about all there is to say about it.

But, you're only looking to push some buttons.

combined with names of people I've never heard of....

Who the hell is Ballantyne?

I had to put up with this last year before Denis Of Cork lost that race at Hawthorne Park and Kasept insisted that I was wrong to say that fellow lightly raced horse and recent allowance race winner Big Brown was a much more serious Derby contender than Denis Of Cork.

All the screen captures in the world couldn't convince him his Southwest Stakes win was greatly aided by a Sacred Journey setup.

fat - in my opinon since there was only 1 race that day at that distance , isn't a better way to look at the bias by seeing who won each race and where they were at the 1st call of the race?

Ballantyne was a comedic magician. You must have seen him... May be Ballantine (ine instead of yne). Carl Ballantine... Was on McHale's Navy. Hysterical. But a magician too.

And I'm kidding about the slight of hand... I love the floor shows! I never get to kid around. Andy kids around and it's comic Masterpiece Theater... Jeez.

(And Denis of Cork is still better than Big Brown.)

Ballantine the Magnificent was a tremendous act. Yes, he did play Lester Gruber on McHale's Navy as well.

Moving into Esoteric territory in 5..4..3......

More tangential McHale's Navy notes at a later time...

Kid around!

Drug Henning is kidding around?

I'm out for blood now. I've already finished half an albumn of vile Kaspet songs.
