Yeah, the 4th guy was seeking medical treatment for his hand and thats when he pretty much surrendered.

Aha!

They towed the life boat and in the calm in back
of the destroyer (the fantail) took em out. If you have ever
been out on a boat in rough water you roll so much
in so many diff. directions... I just did not see how
it was possible to anticipate where a head would
be to blow it up. No one missed. It is a very random motion and
they had said the water turned very rough.
I just did not see how someone did not miss.
Now I get it.

Quite clever. The pirates gladly accepted
being towed thus sealing (no pun intended)
their fate. Incredible shooting nonetheless.

BTW

Bill Crystal of FOX... I thought he had
some common sense. He apparently does not.
Crystal said it would be easy to take the pirates
out on land via an air attack.

Charles Krauten (whatever) had to correct him.
Kraut (whatever) said the pirates were
already moving some hostages
to their hideouts in anticipation of this.

Crystal always sits in his seat smiling all smug
thinking all messes are so easy to rectify.
