There were plenty of money managers that looked at investing with Madoff, and saw it wasn't a good idea. Yes, he wasn't investigated when he should have been (when he was first reported), absolutely - but anybody who did basic due diligence didn't invest with him.

Looks like reality is finally setting in for Madoff Junior.

The piece of sh*t apparently had some heart issues a few hours before his old college pal and CFO Davis officially threw him under the bus yesterday.

Me thinks mr. big-shot is gunna be spending those golden years in an orange jumpsuit...
