the same amount of people who watch the superbowl will watch it again this year. Doesnt really matter who is in. 75% of the people who watch it watch for the commercials and the party's. The hard core football fans are gonna watch it also... there not going to miss the biggest game of the season because they dont have a rooting interest.

Yea, it's the 5th largest city, and the 13th largest metro area population. Since you took that door, Pittsburgh is the 59th biggest city in America(FKN BAKERSFIELD is 57th.) San Antonio is the 7th largest city in America. How could it be that they only have 1 major sports franchise? Maybe it's because they have the 28th largest metro population.
The best game of the year was the war between Baltimore and the Titans. Whoever won that had no shot to get back up in time to play the Steelers(who got to play the lay down Chargers.) If I hear it's close, I'll watch the 4th quarter of this one.

Steeler fans who aren't from Pennsylvania are like Cowboy fans to me. It's almost as if they just started rooting for them because the Steelers were successful when they were young! One thing about the Steelers though is that there was a time when many Pennsylvanians moved around the country as steel workers. That can explain part of the reason why there are so many steelers fans in places you wouldnt expect to find them.

There are just a lot of pretty basic forms of life. You give them choices like Steel players, or Cowboy players.....They can't resist that.

Did you ever think that people who move form the Pittsburgh area dont quit rooting for Pittsburgh? I used to live just over an hour away from Pittsburgh and I still root for threm. I live just over an hour from Houston and I refuse to root for the pathetic Texans. Im wondering what thier excuse will be this year if they have another pathetic season.

Also please do not associate us Steeler fans with the Cowboy fans. Our team doesnt fold in the months of December and January.
