Scav -

I'm all in favor of the efficient use of resources. Now my question:

Are they resources to fight the terrorists, which would be better served by Option A, or

Are they resources to fight fires, emergency medical personnel, bury the dead, replace the destroyed world trade center, which would allow for Option B since we won't allow ourselves to detect the attack before it happens?

LOL. I watched your boys yesterday. Vandensbosch is back. They hit hard.

Secondary a little suspect?

Do you really think monitoring phone calls would have prevented 9/11? You understand that these people are HARDCORE and the only way to stop them is to become 'one' of them, ala guys becoming biker gang people and then taking down the whole gang.

It might have helped -- the news did say at the time (9/11) that there was a lot of cell phone traffic related to the attack, and that was the rationale for creating the Department of Homeland Security later on. They found call logs indicating a lot of coordination, though they had not listened to the calls themselves.

To your point - infiltrating them -- yes -- by all means -- do everything to stop any future like occurrence and loss of life. But listen in on them too.

Interesting responses by most here -- sorry some did not like the title -- I didn't dwell on it and wanted to put something other than "McCain's Great" or "Obama's not qualified".

I figured that horseplayers are among the smartest among us, so I thought I'd stir the pot a little...

I should clarify -- the lack of interagency cooperation was the rational for creating DHS -- not the calls themselves.

Vanden Bosch is still hurt. Left the game again.

The secondary had an off day. Jennings and Driver are decent recievers.

Two tough games on the road coming up. Going to be gut check time.

We shouldn't let them into the country. We should of spent a lot of this money(we've spent in Iraq) on hi-tech ways to keep them out of our country. The people (they are making calls to in the U.S.) probably shouldn't be here to begin with.
