My throat is what triggers when I have an allergic reaction-- it itches, and then my inner ears itch so badly I want to jam a fork in them to scratch. If I touch my eyes after petting cats I sometimes get red and weepy, but mostly it's my darn throat and ears, and that's just from being in the same room with them. Thank goodness it's cats and not horses!
Life as a wild cat is nasty, brutish and short, so I think the little guy has a much better chance at a long life on someone's hearth, thanks to you. I think I read the average life span for a feral cat is around 2 years. I bet he gets adopted. |
