alabama is now ranked #2, its highest ranking since 1993. i would argue they should have moved up to the top spot, since they beat a tougher opponent than oklahoma did in meeting tcu. i mean, if the people making these rankings really believe in them, why do they ignore a defeated opponents ranking when they vote?!
lsu #3, followed by missouri and texas. penn state up to #6. usc fell to 9th-which bolsters my argument. if 1 can fall to 9, why can't #9 climb to #1?? |

Bama is very young. LSU... I dont know about their QB. Dont be surprised if the Buckeyes make it back. If Pryor is used properly, they can be right back in the big one. |
