Well that sucks and it doesn't seem they have much a leg to stand on so you should be able to crush them in court where I'm guessing they will present someone who speaks eloquent English and has an IQ more than 10 times 12.

funny thing is, most of the debt 'counseling' agencies are run by the banks and cc companies as well.
