Actually Freddy, your wrong. It's not surimi... It's all 100% lobster meat. We're handling it for another vendor ("Lobster Hut") that we know from Derby, and it's a very nice sandwich.

I grew up next to the Genesee Brewery and all these old guys in the neighborhood drank the stuff. To a T, they would leave the 12 packs in their garages so we'd just run in and steal them before we were old enough (to have fake ID's and make our own semi-legitimate purchases).
