i'm excited about the c/o and all... but i'm here looking at the 1st leg for tom. and i can't seem to get out of it without using 3-4 horses.... IMO there are no singles and it's gonna take a pretty good investment to take this thing down tom.

hey scavs where is your "PK6 hegde fund" get the paper work a move'n boss!!!!!!!

Well, he is riding too well for his effort in the 7th to be legit. It's one thing to have position, and have no horse. It's another thing to never get into any position until way too late to threaten. Just my opinion, but I don't buy that effort on the chalk in the 7th.

No singles came in yet(at all.) Guess that's what it takes to carry.

Del Mar should be interesting. The kid can ride a little.

Still you can't let that horse in the feature get loose with a 48. There was speed in that race to pressure that horse and they all sat back.

SCUDSBROTHER 07-04-2008 07:34 PM

They got what they wanted(huge carryover) for their biggest day of the meet.

I only used her and Lethal Heat. I thought if they fired, then they were a lil better than G POP. I didn't know if something else would surprise. With Mullins you never know. Once he gave that uninterested ride on the VODKA horse, I knew he was gunna pull that HEKYLL JEKYLL stuff. He has been doing it for months. The lil bad rides in spots. Then the 6-1 and 7-1 types a race or two after that. It's old now.

Not winning in a photo. We are talking Big Brown type margins of victory with these bombs.

SCUDSBROTHER 07-04-2008 07:56 PM

Coach, look at where Rosario had his horse in the middle of that last race. That's what it looks like when he wants to win,and doesn't have the horse. He was in total position( if good enough.) He knows how to win races. He knows exactly where he wants to be at a certain time in a race. Certain races, he doesn't make that same effort to get position. He starts slow, and just stays back there, and puts a token effort in late. Somebody mentioned it a couple weeks ago. They said "he never gave that horse a shot to win that race." They were right, and whoever that was, I apologize. That slow start in the race Stein pulled off that miracle in? You were right. No mistake. He was where he wanted to be.
