I have a small double to that horse but if it wins I finish second in the OTB contest for charity....though there is a runoff with the first two finishers on the first Friday of the New Year. |

can't say I saw that one coming. This pk 4 has to be enormous. Carryover to the 26th.

I hit the late double ( Scavs knows ). That horse had an absolutely monsterous trip last time. |
All I want for Christmas, is 4 hours to myself to handicap the $162K Aqueduct Double Carryover...

Rudy would win on a very high percentage of the horses Alan Garcia wins on. |

Take a look at the replay with the head on. It's ugly. As for the 12....I only used him because of that contest as a quasi-hedge. My position on horses that debut on the turf going to the dirt has been well established here. If they win.....I lose. |

Garcia is competent but gets great mounts. He just makes too many poor choices for my taste and I get tired of hearing how well he rides. To me, Dominguez lays over the current colony and after that you take your chances.
I am glad it appears we've seen the last of apprentice Angel Arroyo. That guy was menacingly bad. |

I don't mind Aldo. I've seen him give some OK rides.

Just got back from a buddies house. Andy, we were all saying we couldn't believe the underlay on the #4 Inda. Good call on the #1. I just didn't like him. I wish I had. For sheets and giggles we tried a hard triple putting the #6 for third and.......we didn't use the #1 on top. Oh well. Monday morning quarterbacking made the #4 in the ninth look real good. I wish I had seen that earlier. Good Call. So......what's everyone doing on Christmas night?
I'd love to see a DT'er bring home that carryover. Good Luck everyone! |
