Chase has made it known repeatedly Tony Sirico had it in his contract that he wouldn't be a rat. Well...technically he isn't if he's working for Phil.

It was Patsy that made it go wrong. Think about the history.

Awesome episode.

I still don't think the end will be next week. It will be left in a total cliffhanger, followed in a few years by a movie...

sounds like a good idea, but with so many of the main characters getting whacked, what will they have to work with for the movie?

Good point...

If Tony, Syl, and Paulie survive they'll have plenty to work with. If they do a three hour movie there is plenty of time to do a full storyline arc for newly introduced characters.

My husband loved the episode. He said it was probably one of the best ones in a long time.

SentToStud 06-04-2007 09:12 AM

I loved the episode also. They've done just a great job with the show and it can go a bunch of different ways next week. I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

I still think Paulie is a RAT and this is what Tony will do to him!

I agree Bruce, for all the speculation and following, they have done an awesome job, the writers deserve props after all the **** they have gone through

I've been saying Witness Protection Program ever since the night of the peyote. I think he saw that there was more to life and the thoughts of living in the desert doing peyote don't sound to bad to him right now.

I'm really thinking there has to be a face to face with Phil (at least see each other from a distance) so Tony can exact revenge for Bobby and Sil. The preview snippet of him sitting in his SUV in the snow tells me he found out Phils hiding spot and was waiting for him.

Or....I'm 100% wrong.

Should be an interesting Sunday.

SentToStud 06-05-2007 08:02 AM

I'm thinking that with Tony "holed up," there's no Witness Program. I just think the episode will be fairly fast-paced, timewise, and they don't have the time to do that kind of plot. I think we see Tony take a shotgun blast to the stomach and the series ends with him laying there bleeding but not yet dead. It wouldn't surprise me if Paulie pulls the trigger. In the meantime, his family gets found and is threatened but not killed (tho I hope someone, anyone, slaps the sh*t out of AJ.

Or, I'm just wrong.

Seattleallstar 06-05-2007 10:38 AM

Paulie wont turn or be a rat, as part of the contract of the actor who plays Paulie, I still buy into the AJ will save tony bit in the ice cream shop where the last scene takes place

MaTH716 06-05-2007 10:42 AM

I still can't see A.J. as the hero. I'll grasp here, maybe the F.B.I. agent (who has been hanging around and knows about the upcoming war) saves Tony and as retribution Tony flips and goes into Witness Protection.

I thought Tony was going to take care of that Sunday, but he stopped way too soon for my liking.

Tony flips and/or runs of to Canada (really, he is running out of people he can trust).

My final "prediction" (possible spoiler so read at your own risk) - highlight below to read:

Quite novel.

Did you come up with the hidden color idea? I likes.

Oh damn. I ruined it given the gray background of the quote. Quickly, I will remove.

ArlJim78 06-05-2007 10:59 AM

I think this FBI/terrorism backstory has to play out somehow. I'm thinking maybe Tony finds some link between Phil and the terrorists, or finds a way to pin it on him and uses his FBI buddy to set-up Phil to the feds.

Seattleallstar 06-05-2007 11:03 AM

remember the last scene takes place in an ice cream parlor in jersey
