That is exactly right. That's what I've been saying all along, that certain subsets of the group follow that type of Sharia law. I think that is the part of the religion that concerns people.

Nobody said that all muslims are bad. Nobody said that all muslims are alike. Nobody said to hate all muslims. You are the only one that stereotypes people and thinks that anyone that has concerns about some aspects of Islam is a racist and bigot. You accuse others of being intollerant. I think your view ( that anyone that is concerned or criticizes aspects of Islam is a bigot) is as intollerant as anyone's view. The truth of the matter is I don't think that is your true view. It's just an easy way out for you. Instead of having to come up with legitimate arguments to defend your point of view, it's easier for you to call people names like "bigot", "racist", "hateful", etc.

In other words, since you can't come up with a defense for Sharia law, if someone asks you about it, you will usually just accuse that person of being hateful. That is a very immature and juvenille way of debating.

At least you are finally owning up to the behavior of that sect of Islam. I have no problem if you want to discuss the reasons why some people are attracted to that sect. That is a legitimate discussion. At least you are beginning to discuss the issue like a grown-up instead of denying that Islam even has a violent sect to it.

You like to throw the questions out there, and you do more fearing mongering
than any 5 conservatives on this board! Answer the question, or did you not know of these things?

It's an absurd, simplistic question whose point is to scream, "Muslims!" Do you think age or poverty or lack of jobs has anything to do with what has been going on in France for the past year? Do you not know of anything about this yourself?

That's never been the way it's been presented here, and you know it full well. Islam has been presented as Muslims are inherently violent, all of them (even the "tame" ones, and yes I know Scuds wrote that and not you), and this bastardized, half-azzed "understanding of Islam" that's been presented on this board somehow "proves it", and it's only a matter of time until all of Islam rises up.

Nobody is discussing Al Quaeda here. Nobody has started out the multiple conversations about Muslims (same ones over the past couple of years) with, "Oh, let's examine how an evil small terrorist subsect is subverting an entire religion". They are discussing "Muslims". The threat of an entire religion against this country. That is the starting point, not a conclusion drawn by any intelligent examination.

Absurd. Bigoted. Racist. Fear-mongering. Nonsensical.

Nonsense. You are obviously not paying very close attention.

What a bunch of crap. Yeah. Fear of the bigoted and stupid.

Well...the question is apparently over your ability to understand because you are deciding not to answer. No one is this country forms mobs of people bent on destroying people and property like those in Europe. No one is acting out in this country because of poverty,or loss of jobs.

This is probably going to be really hard for you to understand: I think age, poverty and lack of jobs has alot to do with what has been going on in France the some time now. You?

Your ignorance of current and recent American history is appalling.

I'm off spending the next days looking at yearlings. Hope you guys enjoy Beck and Palin's, "Retaking of the civil rights movement" this weekend.

I hope you enjoy the constant sound of the ocean in your head.

its a fact that 10% of the muslim word leans towards extremest views and support terror operations like Al Queda, Taliban, Hamas, etc. Do they all want to become suicide bombers? probably not? do they like when "infidels" die? yes.

but 10% of one billion is not a small number no matter how you look at it.

and to the bolded part... where did that come from when I specifically mentioned 10%?

:tro::tro::tro:

its funny that no matter how many times you say 10%, or a small percentage.. its taken as 100%.

what part of 10% is so difficult for people to understand?
