They are both useless. I'd like to see a race between them. They would start on a saturday, and finish on Monday.

Seriously though, over the last few weeks, my friend has been riding Jalil and the only words he has come up with are "pig" and "useless".

Oops

I wanna know why they kept running him on turf if they apparently knew he was that good on dirt. It is quite a change that the surface has brought out. He was just very moderate on turf, when he raced on it and when he galloped on it at home. As soon as he races on dirt, he's a hit.

Still not getting carried away with him, though. Not a world cup horse in my eyes.

You only have to look at how Coolmore stallions are doing compared to Darley.

Royal Ascot is the premier meeting in Europe as far as many owners are concerned. So far, Godolphin have had nothing good enough to run in the major races and Coolmore have already scooped two of the major prizes.

I went to see him in the paddock, nothing special in my eyes. I mean, there was nothing wrong with him but he wasn't the best looking horse I have seen. Makes you wonder what they saw in him to spend $11 million.

He should be better once stepped up in trip, but he's no wonder horse.

Fast Company "will need more time".

I'm getting fed up with Godolphin taking very good horses and ruining them. On all known form, this colt would have really bustled things up in both the English and irish Guineas and would have had a major say at Ascot, but no, he is probably still lame on box rest as we enter the second half of the flat season in the UK.

When are people going to learn that these 'blue coats' are just a joke of an organisation.

There will be those who are too blind to see their own hands who say "they're just having bad luck". If this was a one off, then I could go along with that, but you only have to look at how many horses under their 'care' get injured every year. Usually those they have paid stupid amounts for from other people. Top horses to have setbacks this year already: Creachadoir, Ramonti, Fast Company, Ibn Khaldun, Schiaperelli (sp?) and Rio De La Plata.

How to turn a group horse into a crocked handicapper? Send it to Godolphin, they will have that task completed in a matter of days.

Not a thing, he was a horse I had completely forgotten about until they showed a replay of his race last year on TV last weekend.

The July sale next week, so I imagine they will be getting rid of many of their crocks.

Ibn Khaldun and Fast Company are likely to be out for the rest of the season. Both apparently need "more time" - ffs they have had all season, how much more time do they need.

Fast Company could have been brilliant this year, but yet again the racing fan has been let down by the constant injuries suffered to horses while under the care of the Godolphin banner.

Why can't they keep horses sound for anymore than a couple of months at a time? It's a joke, actually, it's beyond a joke now.
