WoW (for you, Andy) never fell. The jock admitted he had no horse. He's LITERALLY the only one IN THE RACE that had an actual bitch coming to him, yet he courteously abstained because he knew he had no horse. The jock/trainer that whined the loudest (and curiously was never fouled, not even brushed) got put up by earning nothing. Congrats. I'll never know if you or anyone else benefit from the CH getting put up, or the 7 coming down. That's inconsequential. It was a bush league call that installed a fake champion. Glad that works for you.

Tyler never admitted he had no horse. He said the opposite actually. I’m not sure why the no DQ camp has to resort to fake news, but its interesting. In an article on TDN he said, “At that point we had just started to make our initial run and I had plenty of horse.” When asked if he would have won if not bothered he said, “It’s tough to say. I think the horse had every chance to be 1-2-3 if nothing happened. I had a lot of horse around the turn.”

You said I took some sort of pleasure in the DQ. Im telling you I didn’t and I didn’t win money because of it either.

I’ll ask again....what in your opinion would’ve been justification for a DQ? Would it have taken someone going down?

“I really thought I was going to win the Derby. I checked pretty hard when the seven [Maximum Security] came out as far as he did.”

Ten Strike's Warrior's Charge, impressive ALW winner on the Fantasy undercard, gives Brad Cox a 2nd Preakness starter to go with Owendale.. Castellano rides looking for his 3rd Preakness win (Bernardini, Cloud Computing).

Thank God Sol will be represented.

At first glance, sort of like Signalman to run well. Not sure there will be much pace for Bourbon War to run into...but maybe. And have to like him a bit given how well Code of Honor fared in the Derby, albeit on a nice trip.

Again, for an experienced gambler you don’t take losing very well.

Twitter has all but ruined most racing message boards. But seriously, don’t let the door hit you on your way out. Horse racing isn’t for the soft.

Pace just got quite a bit stronger with Warrior's Charge entered.

Good point. Warrior’s Charge, Alwaysmining, Bodexpress, War of Will, and Signalman could all factor into a stronger pace.

Everyone cross fingers, toes, knees and elbows and hope that a monsoon does not hit Baltimore next week and drown the Preakness hat exhibit....to say nothing of the horses.

I see Bourbon War is adding blinkers. I’m not sure I like that.

Can Prat file an objection from the jocks room OR is Maryland gonna let this race be run like big races are usually run?

No Prat or Court-so who is the favorite to cry about getting touched by another horse?

I know if I was one of those trainers with a TBA next to my name, I'd be giving him a call. I'm not sure there's a better jock in the country.

It figures. He is colder than Cold Rain and Snow. 9/26/91 Boston Garden. The soundboard video on YouTube tells the story the best since you can hear the beautiful long intro in its entirety. The crowd noise after the rippin Jack Straw drowns it out on the audience tapes. Jerry playing Rosebud so intricately is so nice to watch. My favorite show from 91
