Porn.....the "safe" answer

SCUDSBROTHER 03-13-2008 09:55 PM

Original statement has been up for 2 hours, and not 1 man has said it's untrue. They may not like that it's true, but it's true.

Yes, I know... I don't hate them for it, by the way. I've got no problem with men going to strip clubs and watching pornos. When they go as far as doing the actual deed, then there is a problem. I just expect more out of someone. Probably why I'm single... ;)

apparently my husband is 'unnatural'.
scuds, i didn't know you were married.

I'm not married, but I was in a closed relationship.I went 5 years. That's my limit(to have sex with just 1 woman.)I don't know how anyone with testicle can go longer.NOW, I see guys (who very much love their woman)
totally lose any control when they see a certain ass or whatever.I tell them whatever they do,don't tell their woman. She will not understand it one bit. These are people that are close. They f'n talk for hours about God knows what. They love each other. He pastes that he loves her all over the place. ..O.K.,but still he saw a certain ass the other day.He followed it.Got her number. She said he's cute ,but she doesn't know him.He waited a day.He says he will wait 3 days, and call her.I don't expect her to turn him down.O.K.? That's reality.

ATYPICAL GENTLEMAN,but then again you have firepower there at the house. That helps keep him structured.

SCUDSBROTHER 03-13-2008 10:52 PM

This woman that Obama is married to...She is the opposite of wild. She is very smart,regimented,etc.etc.,and I would be very surprised if the guy has been faithful to somebody like that for their whole marriage. There is no way a woman that one dimensional could satisfy that guy. So,don't be surprised if that were to ever come out.I am sure it's there.I just heard she is in bed by 8:30 every night. They've been married 15 years.I give it very low odds that he has just been with her since their '92 marriage.

Yea,I think that the least they can get by with is what you mentioned. The "actual deed" is more random.Has to do with a lot of factors. This guy I was talking about is not typical.I don't think a woman has ever turned him down.I think he said one blonde did,but he qualified it somehow, and I didn't understand what he said.I would think he would have come across some real pretty religious girl, but maybe not.Maybe they would not show their ass off as much.

It is unfortunate that the personal life of Spitzer was made an issue.

He made it that way....I don't cut him any slack, always been a jerk in my opinion and got what's comin' to him.

At 350 pounds I ain't exactly wonderin' why.

sumitas 03-14-2008 11:47 AM

There is clearly a double standard in this country. Wealthy men are expected to have women on the side because they can afford them. Men of average means are expected to remain with one woman and the kids because that is all he can afford.

At Mitterand's funeral who was by his wife's side ? His mistress.

unfortunate for him yeah, that in his personal life he broke the laws that he was sworn to uphold and enforce.

SCUDSBROTHER 03-14-2008 12:19 PM

It's about as hypocritical as you can get.It would be like me complaining about the use of torture, and then me turning around and putting my lil red minpin in the ring to dogfight. He would love it dearly(until he got bitten one time-that's another lil hypocrite.)

sumitas 03-14-2008 02:28 PM

Another example of government intrusion into the personal lives of people. These are consenting adults entered into a business agreement.

It's a shame government needs to legislate morality for consenting adults, imo.

You know, I really don't care about that.....the guy is such an A-hole and to think he had a major hand in some of NYRA's problems, well.....I'm happy with what's happened to him! :)

Yeah, but sumitas, Spitzer targeted prostitution rings during his career. Pretty hypocritical to patronize the very same industry he went after, don't you think?

Exactly. And I'm of the school of thought that prostitution should be legal anyway.

But the whole point is that if we believe that a private act between two consenting adults like this should be legal, there is a time to have that conversation.

There is a case to be made that it shouldn't be illegal anyway, but the fact remains that for the time being, it is illegal, and even Spitzer has to play by the rules.

I think that sucks to lose your career over something like this, but doing a retroactive reinterpretation of the law doesn't do anyone any good.

News flash, Scuds- women cheat too. We just don't get caught as often. ;)

I'm with Jamie- we know you look, and I'm okay with it- we like to look, too. But if you don't want to be monogamous, don't get married. Or heck, get married, but be straightforward about the ground rules. Scuds, you might find a woman out there who's happy to let you stray as long as you're happy with her straying, too. Would that be okay with you? Because, you know, I've always thought guys had a double standard when it comes to sleeping with people other than their significant others and I'd love to be proved wrong. :)

Thought- why is it that two people having sex and one getting paid for it is illegal, but two people both getting paid for having sex and that experience being videotaped and sold to outside parties for their viewing is perfectly legal?
