Where did you all end up? I finished at #176 with $792.70 in the bankroll. Was trying for prices last couple days, but could nail any of them. Not bad though, enjoyed the contest.

There were 49 contest days, so at $18 per day, that works out to $882 "bet" over the duration of the contest. Considering that selections were made well in advance of the races (often before scratches came out), that win-place-show is not a good bet over the long haul, and that the contest races were selected for us, I would say we did pretty good keeping our losses under $100. |
