I lived in Fort Lee for the last 20 years, overlooking the NYC skyline. I always said it is the greatest view in the world. Easy shot to Belmont, NYC, the Meadowlands, etc. Incredible location.

The Andy I was referring to is Andy Serling (his handle here is "blackthroatedwind").

My office is right around the corner from Teaneck in Paramus. I spend a lot of time around the area and now it well. I was out at Glenpointe yesterday morning for a meeting. Very nice town.
