I'm fine with 6 Australian races Friday night and 6 American races on Saturday

Also would be fine with Los Al, trotters, donkeys.

I'm fine with a best bet on Fri's, one race to choose from. I have a life, and frankly I don't have the time of a Dahoss to wage war with the multiple contests he is involved with. But this would seem reasonable to me since we both play Aussie races on Fri.

One Best Bet for Fri/Sat's card.

1. Player chooses one race from Track A or B
2. Player that posts the bet 1st gets that horse, no piggybacking. Let's just call it the Dahoss rule so a player cannot protect a lead.
3. We start the first on the first card on Fri of December, ending on the Melbourne Cup card in 2011. This should allow a large enough sample of 48 plays atleast.
4. Only wins bets are cashed
5. $20 a race.

This sounds kinda fun.

Is it really that hard to come up with 5-10 plays a weekend?

Hmmm...now remember, three Melbourne Cups don't equal one Breeders Cup Classic, so you really have to factor in the conversion rate there as well.
