I don't know if I insisted, but I wouldn't be surprised by it. What I am sure of is Pierce faked the severeness of the knee injury on Thursday (to do a ROCKY.) I DIDN'T KNOW OR CARE UNTIL SUNDAY. He answered questions on Sunday in a way that was inconsistent with his actions on Thursday.
