I was woken up this morning by a huge cramp in my right calf. Before today,I had only had cramps in my left calf.Hate them.
BTW...What male competitor could possibly accept being called PAULETA?

Scuds: you are way too young for cramps waking you up.....get checked for low potassium(not enough leads to myriad problems) and pernicious anemia(this one is deadly) Don't let anyone talk you out of taking these specific tests! It will improve your life...if indeed it doesn't save it!

I've got Kaiser. They have as much chance of finding something wrong(that isn't obvious)as "WHITE TRASH CHKFIGHT" has becoming a horse's name.
Since Evanston is retarded and has all these parking rules, I have to park a half mile from work and make the hike on foot every day, not bad because it gets the blood flowing and I am I am out of shape.....Well, it is RIDICULOUSLY painful right now, step on it wrong and it send a twinge pain all the way up to my back....

Michael Chang use to eat 6-7 bananas every single day. Tennis players are defientely up on the nutrition.
They get this thing called Tennis Leg which what I think I have. it is contracting the calf muscle when it isn't ready thus it leads to tearing the fibers.

Get well, bro.
I did the same with my groin playing softball. At the start of my reaction....from a stand-still. Ive never been the same. Ive broken my nose and both ankles playing baseball of softball but never has something healed so slowly (or really hasnt fully recovered 5 years later). Just trying to relate.
